Finally I've taken a step forward to make a change in life now. Handing in that resignation letter was the most critical move I've made for a long time. (The last time I made such a big decision was when I quit school after much consideration of having to deal with buildings all my life or doing something more fulfilling)

I am finally out of my comfort zone and taking a gamble in life to see if this really work out.

This zoo outing was for me to give Gambero a farewell treat before he leaves for Spain the following Tuesday and subsequently his new school when new term starts in September. (but as usual clement gets more attention)

Estefania and Antonio came to school on Monday to hold a farewell party for him.
The whole farewell thing was just too heartbreaking.
Estefania made an album of me and Momo and attached to it was a little note that moved me to tears. I told myself not to shed a tear even before the whole thing starts but I just can't hold them back.

Its been almost a month since he left, and I still miss him the same.

So many things have been happening that i really don't know where to start. I had lots of fun this past few weeks, but no matter how good i felt, i know that there's one person that will always be my worry, for now.

Even though Mak Long is diagnosed with stage 3 cancer, i know she'll live long enough to see through everything she wish for. because i know my mak long is made of steel. strong and steady and nothing can break her. And she knows she has many pillar of support and she'll be showered with lots of love from US, her not- so- big family that adores her to bits. She will never go through the pain alone and I can promise her that.

Its yat's 22nd birthday today and we gonna have dinner later with the kampong boys.

Oh yes, for the very first time in my life my eyes got infected by some rare bacteria that keeps my eyes swollen and itchy for as long as 4 days now. I look like either i have not slept for a week or im on drugs. I've been wearing my glasses around school to seal the redness for the past few days cos I don't want people to think its contagious and I'm spreading germs around you know.

so now, before i go to sleep, let me update a little on what i have been doing the past few weeks.

3rd MAY

I watched WOLVERINE with Jean- Jean and Row-nia at LIDO after work. The theatre was huge and it was almost full. We were lucky to get the perfect sitting. It was right smack in the middle of the theatre. Apparently there were a lot of MENS than ladies. Movie was kohn- si kohn- sa. Personally I don't find it a great movie at all. The fact that they mix the old and modern together just making me feel uneasy watching the film. One moment you can see them in their hippies clothing, the next moment hugh jackman is naked wired to some hi tech computer thingy that apparently can change his claws( or whatever you call it) from bony to stainless steel.
And Wraith, (will. i. am's character) you were so stylish in the movie and your power was magnificent, BUT HOW COULD YOU DIE?????
Whatever it is, X-MEN is still better. Cest tu bon filmme!

7th MAY
After work, ron and me went to the Botanic Garden to find a suitable route for the mother's day walkathon. And we decided to past by the EVOLUTION GARDEN. check this out.

The Evolution Park situated near my school in the Botanical Garden itself shows us how the Earth looks like million years ago. The weird looking plants and fake dinosaurs footprints engraved on the floor just give me the urge to play make- believe. I'm sure it will be lots of fun. Naq, we should go there and play one day alright?
Ron and me had a fun walk. We exit through the main entrance after resting for a bit and chat at the common picnic spot there.

Ron jean and me were planning for a picnic there on the last week of this month. I would also want to go with the Youth of the Nation the next time round. :)

9th MAY
Lepak for a bit with "the youth of the nation" to discuss our trip to KL next month at FORUM Mcdonalds. I brought my computer and we played with the webcam for a bit.

That night i spent my time with more lepaking with norman and naq and yat and her friend winona at Esplanade. This time with cards and alcohol. :D:D: Sharil and his friends joined us for a bit later part of the night. So i got home quite late that night.

10 MAY
MOTHER'S DAY CELEBRATION

Our 3 families went for dinner celebration at Jawa Village, this restaurant in Jurong Point that serves Indonesian cuisines. Service was quite bad and food was fairly awful. But still the TAHU TELOR taste the best and I finally got to drink TEH SOSRO! We took pictures using Hanis's polaroid camera. We wasted so many film because MAK LONG just REFUSE to warn count before snapping.

After dinner our families headed to WEST COAST PARK to cut the cake that Abang and Kak Fara bought at Taka's swissbake for the celebration. The cake was good and so was my caramel latte. I decided to buy coffee for everyone so at least I felt like I have contributed something. Heh.
Its rare occasions that we get full attendance for all the members to be present at an occasion. We did a lot of catching up with each other and every single second of us 3 families being together was indeed QUALITY time. SO this is it. It was a fun night!

Its May 17 today and yesterday was Dad's 51st birthday. Nothing from me. Not even an SMS wishing Happy Birthday which I will always send every year since I got my HP. (You should all know by now that the relationship between me and my parents just suck so much. We dont celebrate birthdays, not even verbal wishes.)
I left home as early as as 7am in the morning yesterday for our yearly KIDSEMPIRE mother's day celebration and only came back this afternoon after spending the night with Faz.
Things between me and my dad are getting pretty bad. And I don't see myself giving in anytime soon. Indeed, sorry seems to be the hardest words. People around me who knows about my situation with my dad are like coaxing me to just apologize and persuade me that everything's gonna turn out just like before. That's precisely why I ain't making any move. If I sound like a teenage rebel, so be it. I'm enjoying this freedom of mine more than anything else. Life is short.

hangover today. for the first time ever, i drank so much. but didn't get wasted. but was feeling high throughout the night.

Firstly, I just checked my mail and thanks Hafez for the email on the "Chinese Eye Check-up". I feel really silly after that. But cool stuff there. :)

And to Idah, I found a partner for my new toy. I haven't name them though. But I sure won't name them after us :D. Anyway, this stuff can't stand, even if you try to blow them. (Sound so wrong.) Hah!

Secondly, I'm really grateful that the week passed so fast and the weekends are here already.

I have been going home every single day after work cos, I'm always feeling tired, feverish and lethargic. I think its viral infection, but still I'm not sure. Probably its all psychological. Your mental health affects your physical health. Weekend comes, fever gone. Get what I mean?

That night I met Yann and Yat and went for supper at Al-Azhar. When we meet, we become GOSSIP FOLKS.

5 April 2009- NAQ BRO'S WEDDING

Congratulations to jali and hawa. ( hah. macam members)

I went to the wedding with my family but didn't leave with them cos I decided to hang out with the 'most celebrated couple' as well as naq and supi.
We headed to Starbucks at East Coast after the wedding but a stray cat scared away their loyal customer, so we decided to just proceed to Simpang Bedok for dinner. (Naq went home cos she wasn't feeling too good, so Supi left too)
Did I tell you Hafez drove his dad's van on that day? The setting of the van was so cute and cosy especially when its carpeted and furnished with a small comfy leather couch (plus the strong blasting air-con). I can live in there!

P.S. Lepaking with the 'most celebrated couple' is currently my favourite thing to do.

9 April 2009- O Bar. Eve Easter.

While most Catholic were preparing their eggs for Easter, we kept ourselves busy at O BAR. Even though the place was jam packed, I enjoyed that night more than any of my other clubbing night. Why? Because MY SAHABAT got super tipsy and went bonkers.It was a lot of fun watching that drunkard son of a gun. I haven't seen him so happy for a very long time and that's what matter most. Sahabat Dewi was there too with Yann and her friend Hannah. Many many things took place that night. Bt I think I shall leave the details aside cos, to cut short the night was only about me and my sahabat distressing ourselves from the real world, and also 'chaima' (siddiq) who apparently, just broke up with his gorgeous girlfriend of 6 years. CHEERS TO SINGLEHOOD! :D (loads and loads of jaggerbomb, tequilla pop makes happy people.)

(the picture above looked messy and not exactly the picture I would want to show people, but at least I proved how happy I was. priceless.

What is diarrhoea?

Yes. I'm going through the most tormenting sickness after a long time.

Even though they said, diarrhoea can lasts for a few days, but it can be very stressful when it occurs. Oh yes baybeh.

I haven't seen the doctor, but I believe it can be cured by the old school way, like drinking concentrated tea or better known as TEH-O-KAO. It bloody hell works. And I feel better now.

The weather is making me sick. One moment it can be hot and sunny and the next moment, heavy downpour. Sometimes I just don't know what to wear.

But I can tell you, the humidity can really cause bad body odour even after you've sprayed your yourself with your whole bottle of cologne.

Ask me. I had the worst bus ride just now after a long time. There were developing schoolboys and girls and also construction ah peks in the bus. So triple combo of different kind of stench. On top of all that, I could barely feel the air con, and I was sweating profusely under my cardigan. Imagine. I almost died.

Nelio turned 3 today. His mum (Sandrine), brought us an over-baked cake which tasted okay. Nelio was so excited over the lit candles that he burnt a bit of his hair when he came too close to the fire. Luckily it wasn't obvious. Hee. Just for my love, I lit the candle thrice for them. They love blowing the candles!! Hah!

I've been spoiling them a lot lately as they've been such sweethearts these past few weeks. I don't know how to describe but if one day they were to leave the school for good, I'll shed a million tears for them.

Alright. I'm starting work at 7 tomorrow. And its Easter celebration tomorrow. Its gonna be a busy day. And I'm feeling so sick now. I hope I'll get better tomorrow.

27 March- Nin and Suria reconciled and celebrated at O Bar. (*raise eyebrow)

Friends attended- Phadz, Wan and myself.

It was a fun evening watching my kampong boys dance, but killer heels literally killed my feet that night.

28 March - Met Sazly for lun-ner at a nearby coffee shop at around 4.30pm before meeting up with my 2 bff and the gengs (10 of us altogether) at Marina for movie at about 7 that evening.

We watched Gran Torino and we sure enjoyed that heart-warming, heart -melting and heart- breaking movie. Clint Eastwood has made the movie awesome with his excessive spitting and foul language. I like.. Great way to end the evening. :)

29 March- Lepak Session at Starbucks with Hafez, Ayim and Norman... k la k la Idah and Naq were there too. Idah, Fez and me lunched at Forum's Secret Recipe before meeting the rest at Starbucks. At the later part of the day, we went to Thailand for a bit to eat the deserts before heading home. We made friends with the Tuk-tuk driver and he looks exactly like Hafez. See picture above. Zoom it in if you have to.

31 March- Nin's Birthday Celebration

We had hawaiian and bbq chicken pizza plus delicious chicken wings and McDonald's apple pie and not forgetting the not-bad- for- an -oldschool bakery chocolate cake at the BBQ pit near blk 267.
Thank God the the surprise was a success especially when everything was planned at the very last min. So last min that Adnan and Phadz came down with their jogging attire. (I know right!) But whatever it is, I hope Nin had a splendid birthday with us as the company and also with Suria by his side again. All the best for him and his family and I hope he'll get a job soon. Amin.

So, this was how I ended my march. With lots of fun and laughter! With family, friends and ehemss.
And I think its time to just chill this April and save up for this June holiday... wooo.

Highlight of the week

Lachlan's little brother. He is only 4 months old.

My Gambero Boy.
I was supposed to give him a good scolding for hitting his friend, but he made me burst into laughter when i see his signature constipated- fearful face. And he got away with the scolding just because I couldn't stop laughing.

Leonie's mum donated us this huge horse. and here you go... out first cowboy of kidsempire.

Anyways, its Thursday already. And I am a confirmed bankrupt. I have no idea when's pay day. I have bills to settle..
Anyways, chicken pox outbreak in school this period. Saskia and Paul were both infected. Guille's mum was overly worried that her son will get it too so she decided to keep him at home as they've long planned for a holiday this saturday to Sulawesi where Hesty come from. So my Wednesday was slightly better. Lesser monkeys to tame.

My whole family are down with cough and flu. My mum sounds like a man and my sister looks like she has been crying for years. Swollen eyes, red nose. I just drank half a bottle of Breacol but i really think i just need to smoke and my cough will be gone. It really works! Ask Yat....

Speaking of Yat. I met her for supper at Westmall yesterday. I met her at 9 and chatted till late. Common subject. BOYS.
Anyways, Yat is going back to school in May. She enrolled herself in SIM, 3 -year degree programme in Mass Communication. and guess how much's the fee? Almost $60,000 okay!

I think I better sleep now. Toodles.

Its a Sunday and as usual, I stay home and spend the time with my old computer which i still love and adore more than my hopeless mobile phone.

I read my previous post. It was dated all the way back in October 2008. Almost half a year ago.

Since then, Life's been pretty much the same.

Day after day I tire myself with one plan after another, mostly with my friends. My Sundays can get pretty quiet and lonely.

Many things have happened, the good and the bad, the pretty as well as the ugly. The worst thing is, I haven't achieve anything for myself the past year.

I don't really have a new year resolution. All I know is, I need to get out of this rat race.

Their Mum just emailed me to update me on this two brothers as Clement isn't feeling well now. I miss my chestnut!
